“I'm a newbie to the hobby and haven't bought a aquarium yet. I'm going to purchase one in about 2mnths but first wanted to read a couple of books and read up on some forums, that's how I ran into you guys. Russ, its just great that you are helping newbies or experienced reefers with all your knowledge and experience on all subjects to do with saltwater aquariums. I watched a couple of your sample video's and knew right away that I can learn a great deal from you. So I just want to thank you for the time you guys spend to teach other hobbyist. I'm looking forward to learning all that I can to become a great reef keeper from you guys. Thanks again......David.”
“A very factual, honest and down-to-earth approach and advise to keeping
marine and well worth every cent to subscribe. With so many different
viewpoints concerning fish husbandry, it's refreshing to have these podcasts
"home delivered" describing all the facets, and sometimes hidden issues,
surrounding this fascinating hobby. There are a multitude of valuable forums
and discussions available on the internet, but these episodes refreshing,
inspiring and well conceived, each topic is discussed in detail from cracked
tanks to fragging, and the advise is based on many years of experience - I
genuinely look forward to receiving them and I'm certainly better informed
because of them. Well Done to Russ, this hobby needs more like you, your
passion is greatly appreciated, keep 'em coming.s.”
“...I consider myself an experienced aquarist but love the content you guys provide. It helps to keep me grounded in the keep it simple method and reinforces the basics. I also find that you guys help keep me up to date in the newer products in the market place and their benefits. Keep up the good work.

Also I have been using the HPD for almost a month now I think and all I can say is WOW! My larger fish love the food. They seem to have much more energy and also exhibit much better color an even show less aggressive behavior to one another. My antias are slow to take to it but that will come over time I am sure plus they are largely plank-tonic feeders anyway. The best part is even the few mushrooms that I have show a feeding response when the food hits the water column. I do think that HPD is well worth the money and is the best thing since "Sliced Bread". Thank-you for taking time out of your life and bringing such a great product to market and making it available to us subscribers.”
“I have been in the saltwater hobby for about 10 months now (I'm 22) and can safely say that it's become a bit of an obsession. Although I have read many books and participated in many forums, your series has been a significant tool in my development as a hobbyist. I have been watching your podcasts since september of last year and look forward to each new episode, as well as all the twitter updates......Again, Thank you for all your doing for the hobby and for everything you have helped me with along the way! I wish I lived closer to the store so I could stop in and see everything!”

“I've been really enjoying all of the sessions, as I play them on my hour + commute to work. The product showcases have really helped, and when I place my orders on bluk reef supply I add a comment saying "Thanks to
AmericanReef.com videos." Hopefully at the very least the owners will say "Thanks." I added the GFO and ROX from the product showcase you recently did on those products, and it's really helped my tank. Thanks to you and Gary for the info and advice.”
