“Great job on the Titan protein skimmer video as always. I would suggest a plug for Premium Aquatics is that they are always friendly and knowledeable when dealing with them (whether you buy something from them or not). A lot of places will blow you off, but you can tell they are hobbyist also.

A great slogan would be: Premium Aquatics...for the newbie to the hard core reefer...Jim.”

“I received the HPD yesterday, packed very well! I wasn't expecting so much food! It will last me awhile, I plan on sharing it with some of my buddies in the hobby. I was very surprised at how quickly my fish took to it. But what really got me was all the other little creatures I didn't know I had come out to eat on it. “I wanted to take the time to thank you for your referral to reefsystems. Todd called me today to verify that his intended shipping arrangements were acceptable. I should be receiving my frags tomorrow by 10:30. We had a good 30 min conversation which was awesome, he was easy to talk to and was willing to answer some questions I had about the hobby in general which I wasn't expecting. I would have to say that the personal touch I received with this Internet order was top notch and made me feel like I was ordering from my local fish store. Their is a lot of Online Retailers out there but I would prefer ordering from reefsystems above the rest. Great job to Todd, and great job to you as well for recommending such a great place.”

I also find that you guys help keep me up to date in the newer products in the market place and their benefits. Keep up the good work.

Also I have been using the HPD for almost a month now I think and all I can say is WOW! My larger fish love the food. They seem to have much more energy and also exhibit much better color an even show less aggressive behavior to one another. My antias are slow to take to it but that will come over time I am sure plus they are largely plank-tonic feeders anyway. The best part is even the few mushrooms that I have show a feeding response when the food hits the water column. I do think that HPD is well worth the money and is the best thing since "Sliced Bread". Thank-you for taking time out of your life and bringing such a great product to market and making it available to us subscribers.”
